theta's so smart for voting on tep. they have way better relations with them than anyone else courting. Tep may be considered a notch below Delt/PiKapp/Ksig, but isn't it more important to have a good pairing?

TEP is being paired with Rosie Palm and her five sisters. That is the better pairing for them.
