most overrated frats

I know we have a pretty firm Greek tier system with little to no movement over time. That being said, we should recognize the frats that are suuuper overrated based on their "tier" lol:
SAE: Their fraternity is essentially a giant legacy, because of their name they are gifted a huge house and pairings with top sororities and in return throw parties and tailgates that are super mediocre. I've only had a good time at one SAE party that I've been to, and my friends and sorority have dragged me to a bunch.
KA: Not really that fun to be around, small chapter, and honestly a lot less fun to be around than a few of the frats that are "middle tier" on the scale.
Pilam: ZBT guys are awesome and make their tailgates fun but after next year they'll be all gone, and their younger PCs are kinda weird.
Ksig: Nothing necessarily wrong with them other than the fact that they're kinda gooberish, they belong in the Chi Phi/Phi Tau range.
I know everyone's obsessed with rankings and whatever, but I think it's important that everyone develops their own personal rankings.

lots of frats do events and call it around the world. DU has around the world too and I'm sure there's others here too

Not necessarily. Sororities are way more superficial in their selection of girls so there are objective sororities that have more beautiful women than others. Their tier system is based off of their looks if we're being completely honest. In fraternity you have guys in every top teir fraternity and some in middle tiers because pledging is as superficial
