Too soon to tell.
Alpha Chi and Kappa are waiting on higher frats to run down (if they even do).
Then if none or not enough do they might let someone out of Chi Phi / DX / Phi Tau give them a hoco offer.
Then those guys would run down to the rest of the sororities to offer them hoco.
Then those sororities who don't get an offer from those three would get paired with Sig Nu, AGR, or Lambda Chi probably.
I can't see Sig Ep, Fiji, Phi Sig, DU, or TKE coming in on the list.
So everyone just waits and see what's left tbh.

I know for a fact that Phi Sig and TKE do not have the funds to hold a week long tailgate. I'm pretty sure I have more in my savings than these two combined
