Which is why girls go to chi phi and other mid tier frats, drink their alcohol and come later on to these fraternities

Top tier frats just aren't fun...so crowded and not even good drinks. Theta chi for example is always packed and it's so hard to get to alcohol so it's only fun to stay for maybe 5 minutes. Chi phi, pi lam, aepi, etc. have a much better layout and better drinks

Ksigs tailgates were honestly really fun, a lot of my friends enjoyed it too and thought the layout was nice

Why aren't these ever factored into ranks? Are tailgates not the biggest parties thrown at UF, taking up almost the entire Fall semester?
