what is the difference?

Both seem cool, but what is the difference between them?? I see them switch around on social ranking but don't know much about them?

No difference whatsoever. Both houses were dropped from ADPI/KD and split between the two.

XO is a little more Christian IMO. Like you see less of them out, but doesn't make all of them homebodies, just the majority from what I can tell. I feel like DZ is a little more diverse and outgoing as a whole which I think is why they tend to have socials with higher up frats than XO. Both great, strong chapters with similar vibes in terms of sisterhood and being genuine.

To more chi o are kinda more involved go getters while DZ's are just chill out people

Chi O's are more down to earth while DZ has ultra girly girls.

DZ is girlier, goes out more. Chi O is more involved, wholesome Christian types. They are similar, though, and many of them are friends with each other. Both have great sisterhoods.

DZ has historically been higher, but after that ducky homecoming move they pulled last year they dropped and Chi O was higher. Now people are returning DZ to the higher spot. Honestly they have a very similar rank that flip flops a lot, and they still hang out with a lot of the same frats. There is not a significant rank difference.

It's pretty much the same with the exception of a few. DZ does more stuff with KA. XO hardly does stuff with them that I know of. XO also didn't a social with Pi Lam this year that my Pi lam friend said was fun for them and I don't think DZ ever does things with them. Overall DZ probably has a little better if a social calendar, but their core groups of frats is almost identical.

dz's often have less class than xo's. there's an element that is very hot pink and green and loud about them. xo's on the other hand can be very religious. overall prettier. but less party oriented which kills them in rankings.

both nice, xo is some much more smartier and classier, has much more stems in the their house. Both has lots of adpi and kd rejects( not sure why.)

I think they both are the top of the middle tier with theta and pi phi. Both great houses.
