real rankings list w/ reasoning

-Ato/Machi
(ATO: The boys are very good looking overall, Old Money vibes that girls think of as husband material, great house, strong on involvement) (Sigma Chi: The boys are also good looking, Band room is iconic and so are their date functions girls want to go on Bash and Woodstock badly every year) (both: rotate with the top 6 almost exclusively more so than the others on top that occasionally have pairs other than the top 6 sororities, both appeal strongly to classic southern fraternity look)
-Pike
(STRONG groupies but small groups of them, multiple face teams, Pike Hawaiian is well known, appeal to SoFlo more so than classic Southern, but known as stuck up and too into eachother, girls tend to like ATO/Machi more)
-Phi Delt
(Hands down the most fun fraternity on campus, wild parties and tailgates, mix of very attractive boys and no so attractive ones, not as high up because of their almost complete lack of appeal to girls who like southern fraternities it is 100% SoFlo vibes all the time)
-SAE/Beta
(SAE: Has ridden on a name for a very long time and people are now realizing this but the realization will only push them to the bottom of the top nothing lower than that, the boys are not attractive, they will not approach you, many complaints from hoco partners of them being cheap) (Beta: hit HARD by probation this fall, girls basically forgetting about them completely, only top bc of previous years history, used to be higher)
