Yeah for the most part they've been pretty similar but theta had a tough time with their PC this year, giving pi phi the edge
These houses have a mix of super chill cool girls and some annoying. Overall each is a mixed bag in terms of appearance and personality

deephs social calendar is even better than KAT and PI PHI which is why the ranking is wrong. my best friend is in deeph they had a game day with sigma chi and beta and a social with pike. and pi lam courted them over pi phi so

Theta has more intellectuals while Pi Phi has more bro girls. Thetas have style while Pi Phis don't. Theta has a better house than Pi Phi. I don't even think there is competition, Pi Phi is EXTREMELY overrated.

theta's last pc is not cute and pi phi's is looking good. both houses are very similar with pi phi being more diverse and theta being more soflo vibes. pi phi probably parties harder. both upper mid for sure.

pi phi gets paired with top tiers too. had a game day wirh beta (was the game that got cancelled) and a social wirh SAE and new pc social with pike this semester
