Phi delt is rising for sure. Their past few pledge classes have been honestly really good compared to the ones before that (im a 5th year I've seen them all). They have a lot more pull with sororities like KD and Tri delt than they ever did in the past.

I dont think theta or chi o are falling. Theta has been improving frat relations and chi o had a great PC.
