I'm not even in middle tier and I have to say DZ is better than ChiO. Debatable if they're better than Deeph. I'd say they're probably equal.

I went through recruitment this year and everyone in my tent dropped gamma phi first so yeah that confuses me

That might have been your tent, since a lot of girls in mine dropped sk before gamma phi. I think that gphi is higher since they are considered more fun even though that seems to get them into trouble sometimes lol.
