how does cob work?
by: curiousWhat is the COB process? Does every house do this, or at least have the option to? Does a house have to be participating in spring rush in order to do so or can they give a bid to anyone at any time of the year if they are doing the COB process?

basically when a chapter has open spots in the spring. so suppose you have 10 girls get spring internships and leave gainesville, you now have 10 spots open. a chapter can choose to have a small event (dinner or something), either open or with women that are close friends with chapter members, and some people can get bids.
