sae and sigma chi are not top tier frats

These fraternity's have fallen way off, tailgates are subpar girls don't like them. There new pledge class were extremely unattractive when they came to my house. I'm confused as to why everyone considers them top. Firm upper mid tier frats

I disagree I went to both SAE and sigma chi this past weekend and it was so much fun Especially SAE!! From what I can see also a lot of girls hang out at these houses too!

Sae and machi ride off their past reputations. They are definitely declining. Most girls I talk to don't understand their hype

they're both definitely overrated but there's no other fraternities that could replace them in the top tier so they'll probably stay there for a while

Sigma Chi has three different "top tier" sororities that reached out to them for homecoming next year, so clearly someone likes them.
