EVERY chapter will make sure in house legacies get a spot if they want it. friends will get in only if that is where they fit in.

what the other people said is true but I'm just curious as to why people think top houses recruit so much differently?? like someone else said, EVERY house will make sure active legacies get a spot. friends are only at an advantage if others feel that they'll fit in. none of that changes from house to house
