do dm pairings matter?

Some low tier sororities are getting paired with top tier frats and I don't understand. Is it by fundraising goals or something?

Its about who raises the most money. The sororities who raise the most money pair with fraternities who raise the most. It has nothing to do with social standing, its all FTK
