To me, adpi zeta ddd and kd are the exact same. All of these houses have some stunning girls, but also many who are not supermodels. None has a higher percentage of "pretty girls" and each has their fair share of drama and problems (yes even adpi)
I think aopi is up and coming. In my opinion they are higher than I see them ranked on here
I think both deeph and kat are above pi phi- I've never been sure about their hype. I'm honestly kinda shocked to see some girls wearing pi phi letters.
Axo is way above kkg in terms of being fun and involved
Phi mu and gphi have some gorgeous girls for being "bottom tier" and I would say they are closer to being on par with kkg
Aephi is usually on the bottom but they have a lot of girls who really love their house and would choose it first any day. It seems like a good sisterhood there.

personality wise probably not. but looks wise, they really are. they all have a fair share of gorgeous girls, not one particularly over the others.
