No, Pi Phi voted on ZBT in the spring, in the fall DZ had ZBT and PiPhi had theta chi. But ZBT got in trouble later in the spring, so Pi Phi switched to KA for that next fall

That's not what happened. Piphi voted between KA and ZBT and chose KA over ZBT. Then ZBT got kicked off campus.

Yes Phi Delt courted DDD, my roommate is in DDD and they voted between Pike and Phi Delt about 2-3 weeks ago
