what is the appeal?
by: Pi Phiwould someone PLEASE TELL ME what the see in this house. I personally do not think this house is the top of the middle tier though. not great at all.

Its funny you say that bc I hear girls in a bunch of chapters say they love Pi phi. Having a best friend it, I personally think they're a great groups of girls. Sorry you're upset bc frats like their chapter

I preffed at xo and pi phi. Both are nice house, with great girls. I will say that the most genuine conversation I had with anyone during rush was at pi phi. I hate to see all this nasty fighting in the middle tier, and I do not belong to either house. I went elsewhere. XO has real stunners, so does Pi PHi and DZ. I think they are basically all the same, top of the middle, but not top tier. Pi Phi needs to Chill, they do not have to prove anything to anyone. PI phi is the real deal.
