phoney and plastic. They are conceited and dumb as a box of rocks. No substance at all. I am not sure how ZTA is at Texas. They claim they are so gorgeous, and all the frats just love them. NOT. ADPI and KD better houses BTW.

not a top house by any means. zta roams this site, claiming they are number 1, but they are not. They are a good house, but not number 1. ZTA is the most over rated house at UF. I dropped them 1st round. I have to agree, ADPI and KD top at UF.

good house. the top house no way. in the top 4. yes. cheerleaders, and beauty queens, other than that nothing special about them. not overly friendly, conceited really for no reason.

Zeta is definitely top tier. I have no idea what you guys are taking about. They are all very nice. You guys must be in DU and that's why you hate top tier sororities.

adpi and kd-top houses-nice, friendly, hottest girls on the row.

zta, still a top house, falling down fast, bad rep, of being conceited and not friendly. Really not that good looking either, they just think they are.

That is the big difference between zta and kd/adpi.. that is why more girls flocked to adpi and kd this year than zta.

You need to look past the heavy makeup and their cookie cutter dress code. You'll then see that they're mostly average-looking girls.

Honestly every girl from zeta I've met has been a stuck up airhead but I'm sure that goes for every house and they're are genuinely cool and genuinely uncool people in each house. Maybe just see how you like it when you get here
