2016 post rush frat tiers

These are the post rush frat tier ranks. Houses on the rise are KA, Theta Chi,Pi Kapp, Delta Chi, and Sig Ep. We looked at a number of different aspects to rank each house here is the list. Houses on the same level are equal.
Top Tier
ATO/Pike/Phi Delt
Sigma Chi/KA/SAE
Beta/Theta Chi
Middle Tier
Delt/Pi Lamb/Pi Kapp
TEP
AEPi/Kappa Sig
Delta Chi
Lower Tier
Chi Phi/Phi Tau

Sig Ep/Sig Nu

Pi kapp isn't that great. But neither is Delt lol. They took 60 pledges cause their house is getting torn down next year and they need members to get them through that year. But last year they were the same as Delt (IMO) and they haven't gotten worse so this year they are where they are. Next year, we'll see.

you don't really know what you are talking about really. They took 60 quality pledges because after being back on this campus for 4 years guys want to join a house on the way up and not in a house that has been ranked where it has for 30 years and doing nothing to improve except to brag their house is "top tier" Thats the story.

60 guys is way too much. sorry but you can't be selective if you give a bid to any kid that rushes lol. It's better to have fewer guys who are all solid than take a mixed bag of 60

Bid high ball high is a popular technique in most every chapter... ATO has 73 pledges, Theta Chi just under 60, Pi Lam just under them. Just alot of good rushees this year.

Couldn't agree more. It's been pretty obvious over the past few years that Phi Delt, ATO and Pike are the top houses at UF. They get the most rushees, throw the most parties, and hang out with the relevant sororities. Sigma Chi and SAE are pretty widely known to be overrated now.

Phi Delt, ATO and Pike are not the top houses at UF. They are only considered competitive because of their history on campus. Its all superficial that certain frats and certain sororities only hang out together. Sorry, thats not the real world. There are great people in each frat and sorority.

this site keeps getting better. It literally hasn't been one week, but you can state with unreasonable doubt that this represents the best pledge classes. It's funny bc i've seen pi kapp self-ranking hard, so I guess if you like pi kapp you like try hards?
