Something I've noticed especially with this year's PC is that the top is very big and there is a stark divide between lower-mid and top-mid houses. To make it proportional and to illustrate the divide between lower-mid and top-mid houses let's make the bottom bigger and the middle houses smaller. After APhi joins, a bottom house (probably AXO or KKG but you never can be certain) will rejoin mid.

This is what I thought going through rush. I was really confused how there were only 3 or 4 bottom houses, a bunch of top houses and then everyone else was middle. Didn't make sense to me because in the real world everything is pretty proportional. If anything there should be more bottom houses than top because what's considered top is usually more rare than what's considered bottom.

Systematically tearing down: DZ, then Theta, then Pi Phi (who honestly has a problem with Pi Phi?! ). Weird rankings and posts about how they totally stole girls from like likes of KD. Now, an attempt to put a big (but in reality not big at all) gap of distance between themselves and KKG/AXO which are really the houses they DO cross rush with a lot. Look through KKG/ACO/XO instagrams and tumblr. It's pretty similar. If it really matters to someone deeply that you divide chapters mathematically into thirds, that's a weird requirement but fine, but let's not pretend there's some soaring gap between Chi O and the houses this poster is pretending they're above.

I agree that XO is bottom mid but only if AXO & KKG are top of bottom... See you can only be top mid or bottom mid, you can't be mid-mid because that doesn't make sense. With the old ranking system I would classify XO as mid-mid because they're better than AXO & KKG but not as good as Theta or Pi Phi. AXO & KKG are more similar to Phi Mu and SK than they are to Pi Phi and Theta. Maybe AXO is closer to XO but then again not all ranks are perfect and we still have the rest of the semester to see their retention with their new PC and what they do as a chapter overall.

I don't understand why recently DZ and pi phi seem to be taking hits. Both have been solid in the past and both had a better then average rush from what I can tell when looking at and talking to some of their pc. They always seem like they're having fun and happy.

I'd actually put AEPHI on top of the bottom. They have the highest GPA and a great sisterhood.

I think all the middle tier is equal. DZ has really impressed me along with PI Phi and Deeph. Fun, attractive and easy to talk to. The others remain strong as always.

DG & AOPi are equivalent to KD & ADPi in my opinion, it just depends on which vibe you like best... If you have a thing for Southern girls, then KD & ADPi are stunning to you but if you like the more chill city vibe, then DG & AOPi fit your tastes better.
