sorry but no, KAT is better than Pi Phi, it doesn't take one PC to make a difference. Pi Phi still needs to prove themselves way more.

I feel like piphi, deeph and chi o have consistently had better pledge classes than theta. Pi phi and deeph literally have the same social rotation as theta and pi phi and theta have had the same hoco rotation. If anything I think all three houses have consistently shown that they are better than Theta and theta is just living off of a legacy.

I have noticed that many of the KAT girls are just unattractive. Its too bad but its like their house - unattractive.

Honestly I think they struggled a lot this yesr. I feel like Pi phi and chi o both got particularly great pledge classes. Deeph and DZ also solid as well. Theta not as great as normal. I think they're stil upper mid but starting to slip just a little
