by: Gamma Phi BetaGamma Phi Beta is building a house that will be ready for Fall 2017. It's estimated square footage is going to be around 25,100 (which is bigger than SK's and DDD's house...) and it's obviously going to be the newest and best house on campus. Also GPhiB is overall the best of bottom (since they have the best looking girls and strongest sisterhood) so if they do spring rush, PNMs who dropped out of recruitment should strongly consider joining. They're like the new DZ. They're new and already dominating lower tier in just a year!

This is DEFINITELY not written by a gamma phi. I do agree that they are doing fantastically for a new sorority and their house will be beautiful, but I know that a gamma phi did not write this.
This is just a shady attempt made so that people can accuse them of self ranking. Very obvious.

Sigma kappa, chill. We know what happened with PM, but that is in the past. Don't be mad that PM is more successful even with your new house.

I literally haven't seen any form of self ranking from them in months. If anything, it's been from xo, ddd, and sk.

I doubt this was written by a gphib. But so it doesn't confuse anyone, they're still in the bottom and definitely don't dominate. I am a new remember and I can tell you they were many many girls' last choices. A lot of that was because they don't have a house, and without a house you don't really get the full experience. But, even once they get a house, they'll have to work their way up just like everyone else, and Ta very very difficult to move much in the tier system.

Not so much a NEW house but a lot of girls will no longer have as many reservations about joining somewhere just because they won't have a house.
