transfer

So I'm a transfer from another school up north, and my fraternity has a chapter here. It turns out they are dead in the water and aren't even on IFC (how does that even happen). I do really enjoy greek life. I definitely enjoyed giving back and building the organization I was a part of, to the point where I was the recruitment chair, social chair, and President. But I don't really want to take on a project that frankly has no potential. It also just seems...wrong to join another fraternity anyways. So, what should I do?
