I actually like this. I am a new member and during rush everyone seemed to flock to ADPi. Many to ZTA too but a lot were turned off by their mean girl reputation. I never understood (even looking at PCs now) why PiPhi has been above Deeph and XO. I'd actually say the three of them are about the same. I don't know if I'd go as far to say that DZ is no where near XO, but they are below for sure.

I AM NOT SURPRISED AT ALL. ADPI HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE TOP HOUSE, BESIDES THEY ARE AS NICE AS THEY ARE BEUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT, SUPER INVOLVED AND THEY ARE SMART. WHAT IS NOT TO LIKE ABOUT ADPI. I JUST LOVE THEM. I DID NOT GET A BID FROM THEM BUT I LOVE THEM ANYWAY. THEY ARE NOT MEAN LIKE ZTA. THE LION DOES RULE THE JUNGLE.

TBH, I do not know if they were the most sought after this year, but they were last year. They are nicer than ZTA and have a higher GPA, and are better liked so they should be top.

Wow what a joke. Is this supposed to be serious??? The amount of self ranking from ADPI is so funny. Even sounds like it's coming from the same person. ZTA is top both from guys and girls' opinions let's be real.

here's how i see it. ADPI is top for top girls who care about friends and sweetness, ZTA is top and girls pick it just to say they are a eta, not for nice girls- so they are both top but in different ways

As a pnm during rush, more girls talked about being dropped from ZTA than ADPI. ADPI does have a good sisterhood, but ZTA will always be known as the "hottest". If you ask any frat who they want to have formals and socials with, they'd say ZTA. Sorry ?
