Did SK's house even make a difference? IMO their house is pretty and all but did it really have any pull with the PNM's?

It helped DZ, but unlike them I heard SK's dues didnt increase to pay for it.

Correct. House was planned for. No increase. Great deal for a lot of new members.

My roommate went sigma kappa and I met some of the girls in pc' 16 the other day and they were honestly really pretty

Its not so much the house that will attract better looking girls. Better-looking girls will want only better looking girls in the house. It'll increase on that, and they'll no longer want weird girls, because the better looking girls will prevail.

Already happening - saw quality girls in rush and looks like they got a good pc so my guess is that older sisters will want to match them and get better too . and as girls graduate if they keep it up they will keep moving up. I heard this about KD too so if SK is smart they will use this year wisely
