Matter of opinion but I think gphi during rush was friendlier and more cohesive. PC looks wise, I'd say all bottom did about the same

Rush exposed the reality of GPHI that they keep off tumblr. SK was preferred over them; and most of the post-rush rankings reflect that. GPHI has been trying to downvote it (just saw a post that was suddenly downvoted 74 times, the only thing slightly unusual about the rank was SK was listed above GPHI, obvious much?), but it is the truth.

Girls I met that preffed Gphi and SK were about half and half. They were both sweet houses, much like Phi Mu, and girls liked both houses. Why do you have to be mean? Both SK and GPhi love their new member classes.

I'll never understand how some people just can't be happy for other houses when they succeed. Sig Kaps just moved into their gorgeous new house and got a new group of women they wanted. They're not known to be catty and they avoid drama. They are supportive to other Greeks on campus. Can we just please move on to something else?

My sweetest Pi Chi was an SK. Every girl I met at SK was incredibly nice and clearly cared a lot about their sisters. I seriously doubt that's an act and wonder what makes you speak so negatively towards them.

Seriously can people just be happy with their own situation rather than trying to berate Sigma Kappa? They have a gorgeous new house--the most beautiful on campus-- and they are happy with their PC. Are people so insecure that they have to tear down others to feel better about themselves? Guess so.

SK was hands down one of the sweetest houses at rush. I don't think the house helped them much though, I think most just want a house and don't care much about how big or pretty it is. Shockingly, most PNMs I met were more interested in reputation and tier than anything else.

Ok, here's a dose of truth. SK has not been known in the past as one of the sweetest houses. They have had a fair bit of cattiness and drama surround them. It is a big reason they are ranked so low. New houses are nice to have, but as someone said here, reputation and tier are bigger factors for pnms.
Hopefully with their new house and members, they can continue on a path of better behavior and kindness. It sounds like with their rush, they are moving in that direction. That will likely move them up more authentically than putting out 4-5 posts in the last few days ranking down GPHIB. Ranking down another house usually seriously ticks off the other house (which may have resulted in some of the meaner comments on here). Coming from a mid tier, this is the way I see it. Now, I think everyone should leave each other alone and concentrate on their new members.

News flash: a house doesn't instantly change things tier wise for a sorority. If they continue getting quality pledge classes over the years now (and the weirder ones/less desirable etc graduate) you can see slow improvement provided some new go-getter types take over the reins. It would be dumb to assume a brand new house instantly turns them into ADPi's biggest rival.

it did for KD. In the 80s they were horrible. They did an addition to their house and suddenly they started attracting better quality PMNs. I know - been there done that.

I think it helped - even if the girls just stepped up their game to match the hype about the house, they got a very good pc. Very sweet girls and prettier than what is said here. Not rivaling adpi but much better than bottom.
