I didn't accept my bid yesterday. Am I a candidate to get a COB from my top choice? how does that work

No, if you received a bid, but are rejecting it, then the next time you can be recruited is next Fall. You are not eligible for Spring rush or COB, until then.

No, you can either accept your bid and go greek now, or reject your bid and re-rush in the Fall. Besides snap bid are given before bid day celebrations, that ship has sailed.

You can get COB if you DID NOT sign the MRABA the membership recruitment accepting binding agreement which means you have to wait a full year. You would've signed it at prefs meaning you accept whatever bid you get.

She said she wasnt accepting her bid, to have gotten the bid in the first place, she would've signed...by not accepting her bid she would be ineligible for COB till Fall.
