do they rank you during prefs

HOW DO SOME PEOPLE GET THEIR TOP HOUSES AND OTHERS DONT IF THEY DONT SCORE YOU DURING PREFS??

They gave scores from third round but there is one big difference and that is legacies go to the top of the bid list in many houses during prefs.

Don't worry about it until you have to recruit girls next year, each house has a different scoring process and different prefs routines
