pref round chances

Hi I am in the pref round and visiting three houses tonight. What are my chances of getting into my favorite house? How many girls go through each house tonight? How many are in a pledge class? Thank you.

pretty good, unless top tier, like apdi and zta. It all depends on your rank in that house. You do have a great chance of getting one of the three. I only had one friend last year, that preffed at 3 and did not get a bid.

My understanding is if you pref 3, then you will get a bid

things happen, but it's usually guaranteed that you'll get a bid if you pref 3. "usually" because obviously if you don't maximize your options or behave badly at one party, nothing's certain!
