how do the houses choose which pnms they want?

Like do they sit around a huge table and look at our pictures on a slide show and cut from there or how does it work?

Most houses do slideshows and the person that rushed the PNM makes comments on their conversation.

It varies by chapter who and how exactly recruitment decisions are made with PNMs. You'll only know once you go through as an active member in a chapter
