What happens if I have class during 2 of the preferencial parties??

If you have classes then you miss prefs and you are screwed. You can join a service fraternity.

you can get excused from class for prefs. the only recruitment thing you can't get excused for is bid day.

Yes...for at least the last 3+ years at UF.....always a weekday
