I got the same type of call last year and I was worried too. I ended up having 4 parties for round 3. Enjoy your down time, get some additional sleep, and have a really good meal. While everyone else is out baking in the sun, when you show up you will be refreshed and ready to go. Good luck today!

Don't worry at all! Conversation will flow naturally, if you have any concerns at all feel free to talk about them, thats what round three is all about. If you have any questions at all make sure to ask the girl rushing you, thats what they're there for, and discuss what you're looking for in a sorority!

This process is seriously getting to me... I got invited back to 5, mostly middle tier, but each round I have consistently been dropped by my favorites. I don't want to get to prefs and have three houses I don't like! I definitely think the stress is showing too, these girls probably think I am weird af... Hopefully round 1/ round 2 will save me

This happens every year. PNMs come in thinking the want XYZ house based on the tier system. They are then shocked to find out they are not top tier material. They are left confused and wondering if they should drop out as many of them have never felt the sting of rejection. This is an opportunity for growth. You can't tell me that in a chapter of over 200 women, you can't find somebody to connect with. Many PNMs will go through prefs not sure where they fit, trust the system, and you will land where you are meant to be.

Listen to Hey Girl. She is right. All of our houses are strong and our system us the envy of many other houses. Trust me, our middle tier houses have a fabulous college experience. A year from now you will look back on this thinking that your concern was crazy because you will love your house and sisters.

Don't worry about the "top tier" houses. There is so much competition in those that most of the sisters don't really like each other! There's much more sisterhood in the middle to lower tiers because they're not fake at all! So feel lucky to be where you are. The ones that asked you back liked the real you and that's very flattering! :)
