by: DisappointmentTomorrow may be the first time many of you have experienced rejection and disappointment. Chapter women are working hard to select PNMs that will fit in best with their chapters. If you are not asked back to your dream house, how will you deal with it? Will you drop out or will you continue to visit the houses that took a chance on you and asked you back for another visit? You have to decide if you want to be a part of the Greek community or not. The 3rd round and Prefs will give you a better sense of what each chapter is like. Last year, quota was 85 new members. In other words, 510 women could potentially pledge the ZTA, ADPI, DDD, KD, DG, and AOPI. This year, a little over 1,700 PNMS signed up for recruitment so potentially 1190 could pledge other houses. Keep your mind and heart open and you will find the perfect fit for you.

Definitely keep going through recruitment even if you get dropped by houses you thought you loved because
1. If they didn't want you, why would you want to be there anyway?
2. I tried to drop my house round 1 last year but after a year of being there, I can't even picture myself at the places I thought I loved more.
Keep an open mind and you'll end up where you belong, even if it's where you least expect to be!

Thought I wanted KD/ADPI until round 3 when I fell in love with my house. Was blinded by tiers at first but ultimately ended up where I belonged.
