Stay with it! Round 3 is so much different. There are so many stories of girls who felt just like you did and ended up loving their house! I would at least stay thru the new member period and drop before initiation if you can't stand it.

The first two rounds of recruitment go by really quickly and are the most superficial. At most, you have talked to 4-5 women in chapter of over 200. Trust me you will meet your people! During round three, you will spend more time at each house. Spending additional time means you get to know the actives better and get a better feel for each house. Same with Pref, which by the way is a wonderful experience. I would encourage you to see this through. If you are lucky enough to get a big from any house, take it, and see where it leads. You can always drop before initiation.

You maybe spoke to 2-3 girls, but there are 100's in the house. They obviously saw something in you. Stick with it!

Yep, stick with it. I didn't like my chapter Round 1, started liking it a little more Round 2, and by prefs I was torn between putting it first or second. Then, on bid day, because I had put my chapter second I was a little wounded about it, but came to love it more than anything. I know some PNMs will fall madly in love with their chapter but sometimes it takes a few rounds or meeting a few more sisters to find who you like.

One more thing: sometimes it also takes a few rounds for the chapter to learn who you should be paired with. Round 1 is kinda random tbh and I was paired with a girl who was noooothing like me and we had little in common. But she was able to think "you know, this girl would be good paired up with one of our sisters who does SG." So Round 2, they paired me with a girl who had done student Senate over the summer, who was someone I clicked with muuuuch more. But sometimes it really won't click until later. Every house is huge and, despite what you hear on here, full of diverse personalities.
