the "tier system"

I don't get it. I saw equal looking girls in like all chapters today like seriously if I didn't know the tiers I would literally think they didn't exist. All ladies clean up well honestly

so true. I actually thought there were prettier ladies in one of the middle houses than the tops. I won't say which one, because I don't want to be accused of an active who is self ranking!

Some houses have really stepped up thei game this year. I'm wondering if Chi O and Tridelt have hired professionals to make them up.

UF sororitys are strong across the board. FSU, for example, has an extra tier below their bottom tier...it is like their below bottom tier. How awful is that? I am glad there is nothing like that here; the 3 level tier system is dumb enough. Also, out of curiosity, I watched some of FSU's mid tier videos, and honestly thought they were equal in looks to what we call our bottom tier. Check out the FSU DZ recruitment video if you think I am making this up. They have a strong Greek system over there, but I think ours is better.

I just don't get the their system... Like The girls who rushed me at pi phi, DZ, and AXO were gorgeous.

All houses had gorgeous girls! They literally were all very interchangeable in looks. Different vibes but everyone was so nice and classy!

Yes, every house has their top tier girls and their bottom tier girls. It's really kind of crazy, when you think about it.

And sad that we are truly judged on how we look.
