how do they make cuts

do they score you right after they meet you? is it face recognition? do people that didn't rush you have a say?

It is a secret that you will not learn until after initiation. Each sorority had their own methodology. In my house, it can be more than just who rushes you and I will leave it at that. I have no idea about other sororities.
