It's so silly to argue who is ranked one above or below. Some houses are SO different, it's comparing apples and oranges. Here is a rank based on different vibes, based on whether you are looking for a more southern, conservative classy house, or a fun, party, chill house.
On the same line means the same!
ADPI/ZTA
DDD/KD
DG
AOPI (both DG and AOPI have same S.FL vibe, and DG considered a tad higher, but they are so similar!)
KAT/PiPhi (KAT is S.FL/NY, PiPhi while not southern is still chill and fun)
XO/Deeph
DZ (both DZ and XO are southern, classy, and also very similar)
AXO/KKG
AEPHI/PhiMu
GPHI
SK

I guess it is ironic!
What I meant to say is even our 'bottom' tier has something special, unique and awesome to bring to the table.
However, comparing houses that are so different is just ridiculous. It depends what overall vibe you want!
