Adpi is not the top house on campus, do not let them fool you. Yes they are top tier, but will never be the number 1 house on campus. (take too many legacies that do not blend with the others, and too religious to appeal to a portion of girls rushing)

They he been consistently ranked and agreed upon as a top three house on this site for years. #1 or #2 is subjective. ZTA having so much drama has turned off some PNMs in past recruitments.

I kinda of think ADPi is top by default. ZTA has too many known sisterhood issues, and snap bid KD, and self promoting DDD are not 1st.

I also thought that ADPi had one of the worst recruitments of the top tiers for round one. They were polished and their process was well thought out, but I could tell the girl talking to me made no effort to make me interested in ADPi. They just came off as overconfident, as if I would want them no matter what. Zeta, tri delt, and KD at least tried in my experience.
