which houses should be lower/higher

TOP:
1. ADPI- Deserve to be top. Beautiful, smart, classy
2. ZTA- should be lower. Low GPA, and based on just looks
3. KD-should be higher. Same qualities as ADPI
4. DDD- right where they should be, a drop below KD
5, DG-should be lower. Low GPA, ratchet house
6. AOPI- should switch spots wit DG

MID:
1. KAT: Should be higher- scandal free, and classier than DG.
2. PiPhi-deserve to be right here. No controversy, fun girls, frats love them
3. Dphei- deserve this spot based on GPA, cute girls, good dressers
4. XO-same line as DPHIE, just so different. Class, smarts and kind
5. DZ- should be lower. Watered down XO but not as cute or smart
6. AXO-correct spot
7. KKG- correct spot

Bottom:
1. AEPHI-should be top of bottom based on high GPA
2. PhiMu- second bottom house due to tight sisterhood. Low GPA
3. GPHI- we shall see after this years recruitment
4. SK- deserve to be bottom

idk why everyone is saying ZTA has a low GPA???? They got the #2 spot this year behind AEPhi which was #1

You are not better than PiPhi.
First of all, just by saying 'good grief' you should drop a rank. XO is not unique, it is a watered down ADPI and KD filled with most of their rejects.

ADPi should not be number 1 and never will be number 1 on row.

ZTA is top followed closely by KD, then ADPi and DDD.

really only zeta, dg, ddd and aopi appeal to girls who are not southern/ conservative and should be higher. DG ADPI DDD KD should be below ZETA. Then at the bottom of top tier is AOPI.

1. KD should be top, they're the least catty top tier on this site and they're beautiful (Miss Florida anyone?) and fun.
2. DZ has been above XO for the entire year up until this summer, so idk what XO is doing but stop. If anything, XO is a watered down DZ.
3. I believe Phi Mu's GPA was in the top 5 this year?

I'm not a dz but I will say that dz was higher than chi o for the past two years and then all of a sudden chi o went above them and now they're trying to move themselves above piphi. Just bc you make a statement on here saying you're going up, doesn't mean you actually are, chi o. The ranking has ALWAYS been: theta, piphi, dz and THEN chi o. Your girls haven't magically gotten prettier when you have yet to receive a new PC so stop. Try less bc everyone has noticed.
