stop the cattiness

Stop saying "XYZ" is the "ABC" leftovers/rejects. Or "XYZ" is boring, or "XYZ" has too much of this particular religion, or "XYZ" isn't as pretty, etc. It's mean and so catty. Immature truly. Especially with rush approaching, that is not the attitude to force onto PNMs. PNMs should know that this is not how greek life is in real life, and that every sorority has something to offer. Each has strengths and weaknesses. You should go where you feel happiest and most yourself and that's what will make you have a good experience. Every sorority has wonderful girls and the specific one you end up in does not make you any more or less wonderful or a person.
