recruitment rounds?

what exactly goes on at each round of recruitment? I've heard that you eventually narrow down to three sororities but what is the process? i've read articles on pinterest but it seems like it differs at each school. thanks!

the pan website describes each round in detail on a document on the website, also check uf pan pinterest.
