I'm saying for the sake of equal opportunity, if the rush application AND convos are both part of the vetting process than it is inherently wrong to give someone a bid just based off application alone. What if you decide to give some girl a bid just based off her rush photo/aplication and when you talk to her you see her true colors, yet you automatically say no to girl before you even talk to her/give her a chance and maybe she's an all-star.

Tbh there are girls in my house who are assigned to literally print out all pnms pictures (as they roll in) and put them in yes, no, maybe piles. Its just that if you don't cut it looks-wise in a picture that YOU sent in, the chances are you won't cut it during rush either. Maybes are given further consideration based on their personalities, and we definitely would be willing to bid the yes pile gals

Put more sororities on campus. As it is, there's like 7 more fraternities than sororities. If there were more sororities, it would help even out the numbers and give more girls would find a place. It would also help lessen the volume you see at one time because the PNMs would be dispersed at more houses.

Then connect with like minded women and start a club and get in contact with one of the national sororities not yet represented on campus and see if they want to colonize. Whining on GR doesn't help anything.

Part of the informal judgements are based on the difference between your pic and actual presence in person. That tells us how good your filter game is. For all PNMs, I recommend Malcolm Gladwell's book __Blink__. You can get it from chegg.
