For ZTA and DG it is looks
For ADPI and KD it is more weighted between looks/ outgoing personality/ achievement/ class
For Tri delta it's a mix of the above and some people say wealth plays into that as well

You do not deserve to be in a sorority if all you care about is being top tier. What it takes to be in any sorority is fitting in with that house.
