Has hazing actually been a thing at UF before? I would hope not but just checking!

For guys or girls? If talking for guys you're pretty naive. Its an SEC school if youre scared of that dont rush

Search UF hazing cases and click on the link from the Dean of Students. It gives a list of all recent cases and sanctions. AEPHI, Deeph, AXO and DG were the only sororitys with recent cases, the rest were all frats.

If you're joinin a sorority or fraternity at a large school, you can pretty much expect to be hazed in SOME way. Usually it's alcohol hazing, but it can go further.

I'm in one of the houses you mentioned and our hazing was having to take a bite out of a raw onion. It was not dangerous.
