Soooo lol my hair accidentally got turned black right before rush. What's the chances of black hair hurting my chances at a good house?

Depends how it looks on you. Black hair itself is not a problem... Lots of girls have black hair lol. If it looks bad though it'll hurt you

Shouldn't matter, but my only advice if it doesn't really work with your coloring is to start working on a tan, update your makeup (buy a brow pencil that matches better, work on your makeup, etc), and figure out what colors flatter the hair and your features the best and play those colors up. Tanning can help you look a little more olive toned (compared to if you're traditionally a little more pale and have light eyes) thus making it look more natural, updating your makeup will help it look like the black hair is intentional, and finding flattering colors is always a good idea.
