face teams?

I haven't heard of this. I know sororities select girls for different committees- some work on actually rushing girls, some work behind the scenes. But this is simply because of numbers... If we only have 70 PNMs coming through during a round, we don't need all 250 girls rushing. So the girls who are chosen to rush girls are usually the ones that are very conversational.
So in regards to what you're asking, I don't believe that sororities have a "face team" for recruitment (at least mine doesn't). However, I know or sororities that have "face teams" for announcing to fraternities.

sorta does it. it's not really noticeable until round 2 and 3 when most girls have rushed one or 2 pnms and you've got a group of like ~25 sisters who have rushed every single round.
