Personality: Everyone
Looks: top and upper middle tier
Involvement/Leadership: ADPI for sure, this is what makes them top.
Grades: As PNM's they don't really care, but you have to maintain a certain GPA. The higher grade houses are DPHIE, ADPI, XO and AEPHI
