pnm categories

by: :)

I know all of these factors are super important during recruitment, but how would you rank the following categories based on the most they matter when searching for a pnm to the least important?

involvement, looks, grades, personality

To me personally if I'm completely honest: personality, looks, involvement, grades

Grades (if they are bad you might get cut right away), looks, personality, involvement

How can you get into UF and have bad grades as a freshman?

grade risk cuts are real, and one of the easiest first cuts to make; most UF freshmen will be fine, but this is a factor set by each chapter.

I think it's more for transfer students. So grade risk being 3.0 & under?

I'm in a top house and looks come frst because that is the first thing you see. If you look gorgeous then you will not be ignored. Having said that, you also need to have a vivacious personality and that along with involvement come next and can compensate for looks. Grades would come last. It's really the total package. The first 2 rounds are more looks based due to the short time at each party. The 3rd round and prefs are more in depth conversive.
