what do top tiers look for

How can you say "don't want to be a zta, better than that" when you haven't even met them yet!!?? This statement alone makes them already better than you. Try to have an open mind and not believe everything you read on Greek rank, sheesh

I do not like the arrogance that I see from ZTA. The better than you type of attitude. The only thing that ZTA is known for is their looks, and I find that to be very shallow. I want the entire package, sisterhood. I do not judge people on looks alone. I hope you are right.

not in ZTA but keep in mind people write on here pretending to be ZTA...the girls i know in that chapter could care less about this stuff
