What does it mean if people in chapters at UF start following you on instagram? I don't know them.

I doubt this actually happened, and if it did it was by chance. Unless you're Instagram famous or something then no one is going to start following you on social media and trying to get you to join their house.

Okay lol if it was an accident then that makes sense! I was just confused because 3 girls from different chapters all followed me yesterday and didn't know why
