Tiers are not #1, #2, etc., they are large groups of top, middle, lower middle, and bottom. There is no concrete way to say "this sorority is one step ahead of this one." The only reason there is even a lower middle tier is because there are definitely sororities that are too good to be considered bottom but not good enough to be considered upper middle. This is the most accurate, unbiased rank post a PNM will see on this website.

Well, this is not the worst and has some truth to it. But there are some problems with being too general. First there is a lower top group, there just is, and there is a clear upper middle. Second, DZ has been criticized for being tryhards, but to put them lower middle, imo makes you look biased. Last, your bottom is correct, but all bottom houses are not the same, there are two in there that are definitely preferable. I saw a better list recently that broke all this down really well, i think i will bump it.
